Every step, in order

When it happens in the first app, the step runs in the second, with the client’s own account.

A ticket is solved (or reaches a status)
A ticket moves to the status you choose, within seconds. Webhooks are made with an admin’s token.
Post a message
Post to the channel the webhook belongs to.

What each client fills in

Nothing. It needs only the accounts it connects to.

The accounts it needs

Each is the client’s own, stored encrypted and never copied between clients. Until one is added the client’s checklist shows it, and nothing runs.

  • In the client’s Zendesk: Admin Center → Apps and integrations → APIs → Zendesk API → enable Token access → Add API token. The triggers make webhooks, which needs an admin’s email and token.

  • In the client’s Discord server: Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook → pick the channel → Copy Webhook URL.

After you install it

It lands switched off. The client’s checklist holds exactly this:

  1. Connect the client’s Zendesk, for “A ticket is solved (or reaches a status)”
  2. Connect the client’s Discord, for “Post a message”

Thrum is cooking.
