For clinics
Every appointment request answered fast, and urgent ones sent to the practice phone.
Picture a dental practice where the front desk is busy with the patients in the room. A request that waits until the end of the day is often a patient who has booked somewhere else.
With Lead Rescue, every request is answered straight away, an urgent one reaches the practice phone, and anyone the front desk missed is followed up. A request sent overnight is answered at 08:00, when texts go out again. On the 1st, the practice sees how fast patients heard back.
Thrum opens soon. Sign up now and you’ll be among the first in.
A request, start to finish
What happens the moment someone asks
01
The request arrives
A patient sends the appointment request. They get a text and an email saying the practice has it.02
Pain or a broken tooth?
Lead Rescue reads the reason they picked. If it holds one of the urgent words, such as pain or broken, the practice phone gets a text with their name and number. If nobody marks them contacted within ten minutes, the second number is texted.03
The month, in numbers
On the 1st the practice gets its month: how many asked, how many heard back inside two minutes, and the typical reply.
Setting it up
One template, 5 fields to fill in.
All of this is one template, Lead Rescue, set up for the business with its own words and keys, on a form started from the Dental appointment request template. For a business like this, the urgent words might be:
pain, swelling, broken, bleeding
and the booking link would be the practice’s booking page. Add the client’s Twilio and Resend keys, and the checklist is done.
- Business name. How the texts and emails sign off.
- Owner’s mobile. Rung for emergencies. Add a second number after a comma and the escalation goes there.
- Owner’s email. Gets one line for every lead the workflow rescues.
- Urgent words. Comma-separated. A lead that mentions any of them is treated as an emergency.
- Booking or quote link. Sent to a lead nobody has contacted after an hour.
