For agencies and freelancers

Run every client’s business from one place, in their brand.

For automation freelancers and agencies. Each client gets a workspace of their own, with their forms, inbox, CRM, workflows and a portal in their brand. You see every client on one screen, and each client sees only their own.

A client, start to finish

From the proposal to the monthly report.

    Win the work

Send a proposal that names a pack. The client accepts with a code, and their workspace, forms and workflows are set up, switched off.

    Run it for them

Their enquiries, replies, bookings, follow-ups and payments run in their workspace. Health tells you first when something goes quiet.

White-label

Your brand on the portal, or the client’s, never ours.

On Agency and Scale, portals carry no platform name and can run on the client’s own domain. Sign-in emails and the monthly report can come from the client’s own address once their sending domain checks out.

The client sees their leads in plain sentences, never step names, run ids or errors. Health alerts go to you, never to them.

Kept apart

One workspace per client, and nothing leaks between them.

Every query is held to one client in the app, and Postgres row-level security holds the same line in the database. Each client’s keys are encrypted and bound to that client. How clients are kept apart

Your own business has a workspace too, for your prospects and your own pipeline, and it never counts as a client. A deal you win there can become a client workspace with its history.

Common questions

What is a seat?

One unit of a plan. Each seat adds that plan’s clients, workflow runs, forms, responses, CRM records and inbox email. Team members are counted on their own, so two seats does not mean two people.

How many clients does Agency cover?

15 clients a seat, and a second seat doubles it. Scale has no client limit. Your own workspace never counts.

Can my client see other clients, or the workflows behind their portal?

No. A portal opens only its own client’s workspace, and it shows leads and months in plain words, without step names or run details.

What does Beta mean?

Beta means the module is built and tested, and hasn’t yet run against the live service it depends on, such as Stripe or Twilio. The tag comes off once it has.

How do I start?

On a 14-day trial of Solo, with your workspace and two clients, no card. Choose a plan before it ends and everything carries on as it was.
