Email

Beta

Email marketing for every client, from their own domain.

Campaigns and sequences in each client’s brand, sent to the people already in their CRM. There is no list to copy across and keep in step.

Reports show the bookings, form answers and won deals that followed, so you can show the client what their email led to.

Thrum opens soon. Sign up now and you’ll be among the first in.

Sequences

Sequences that stop the moment a lead books or replies.

A sequence is a workflow, so it can wait for a click, branch on an answer, and stop for a person who books, replies or is won.

Start from 8 starter sequences, such as welcome, quote chase and review request. Each installs as the client’s own emails and stays off until you switch it on.

Writing

Emails in the client’s brand, built from blocks.

Text, images, buttons, booking links, opening times and one-click answers, all pointing at the client’s own pages. Start from one of 40 starter emails: 8 kinds of email for 5 kinds of business.

Audience

Segments built from everything the client knows about a person.

Combine CRM fields, stages, tags, form answers, where a lead came from, bookings and email activity, and watch the count change as you build.

Every person shows where their consent came from, and an address the client has suppressed is never emailed.

Reports

Reports that count people, not link scanners.

Clicks by people are counted apart from machine clicks, next to the form answers, bookings and won deals that followed within a week.

The client sees their campaigns in their portal, and their monthly report gains an email section.

Sending

Careful with the client’s domain from the first send.

Nothing goes to real people until the domain checks pass. A new domain warms up gradually, sending respects a frequency cap and quiet hours, and it pauses itself if bounces or complaints climb.

Every marketing email carries one-click unsubscribe and the client’s postal address.

Questions about email

Which sending service do I need?

Your own Mailgun, Resend or Amazon SES account. Mail goes out through it, from the client’s own domain.

Can I bring my client’s list from Mailchimp?

Yes. Contacts import from a CSV, or from Mailchimp (in beta).

Can my client sign off a campaign first?

Yes. A campaign can ask the client to approve it before it sends, from their portal.

Can I test two versions?

Yes. Send 2 to 4 versions to part of the audience and the winner by clicks to the rest. A campaign can also go out at each person’s own local time.

How do people consent?

A form can carry an unticked consent box in the client’s wording, with double opt-in if the client wants it. Each person’s record shows where their consent came from.

What does Beta mean?

Beta means the module is built and tested, and hasn’t yet run against the live service it depends on, such as Stripe or Twilio. The tag comes off once it has.
