Needs you

What is waiting on you, ranked, with the fix in place.

A key a provider refused, a failed run, a lead nobody has answered, an approval, spam to review, a domain to check. Needs you sorts them into Now, Today and Open, and each has one action.

Fix it once

Replace a refused key, then retry the failed runs in one go.

Replace a key in place and every workflow that uses it keeps working with the new one. Then retry up to 200 failed runs at once, each from the step where it stopped.

A failed run: the step that failed, its error in plain words, and Retry from where it stopped.A failed run: the step that failed, its error in plain words, and Retry from where it stopped.

Notifications

Your team hears about it first, the way each person prefers.

Failed runs, workflows that need setup, new leads, leads left waiting and new messages reach the bell, email or push, as each person picks per event. Repeats are grouped, so a failure three times in ten minutes is one notification.

Names and message text stay out of notifications unless a person turns them on. Push is in beta.

What is first reply?

The median time from a lead arriving to the first message a run sent it.

What is “to bill”?

The month’s texts and emails so far, at your markup, ready for client invoices.

Can I see one client at a time?

Yes. Choose one client or all of them, and the numbers follow.
