Approvals
BetaAutomate the work, and keep a person’s yes where it matters.
An approval step pauses the run and asks the people you name for a yes or no: a fee waived, a refund sent, a discount offered. The first answer decides, and the run carries on down the matching path with any comment attached.
Your team sees who it is waiting on and can decide right on the run screen.
Thrum opens soon. Sign up now and you’ll be among the first in.

The client’s side
The client approves from their own portal.
A request waiting on the client shows in their portal with a count, ready to answer from their phone. Anyone who hasn’t answered after a day gets one reminder.
Their past decisions stay in the portal, so nobody has to ask who agreed to what.

By email
Anyone else approves from a link, with no account.
An accountant, a landlord or a co-owner gets an emailed link to a page in the client’s brand. They confirm it is them with a six-digit code, then decide.

Campaigns and posts
Campaigns and posts can wait for the client’s yes too.
The same approvals cover an email campaign before it sends, and a post or article before it publishes. A post still waiting for a yes at its time never goes out.

Questions about approvals
Who can approve?
Up to 10 people on one step, from your team or at the client. Someone outside the client’s portal needs no account, only the emailed code.
What if two people answer?
The first answer wins and the run resumes once. Later answers change nothing.
Will I see what is waiting?
Yes. An approval waiting on someone shows on the Overview as something that needs you, and on the run itself with whether each person was reached.
What does Beta mean?
Beta means the module is built and tested, and hasn’t yet run against the live service it depends on, such as Stripe or Twilio. The tag comes off once it has.
