For letting agents

Every viewing request answered fast, and the lets you most need to fill on the agent’s phone.

Picture a letting agency with more enquiries than agents. Viewing requests arrive in the evening and at weekends, and the first agent to answer usually gets the tenant.

With Lead Rescue, every request gets a reply at once, and a request for a let you most need to fill reaches the agent on duty. Texts wait out the night, so one sent after 21:00 is answered at 08:00.

Thrum opens soon. Sign up now and you’ll be among the first in.

A request, start to finish

What happens the moment someone asks

  1. 01

    The request arrives

Someone asks to view a property. They get a text and an email from the agency’s own accounts, straight away, or at 08:00 if they asked overnight.
  2. 02

A let you need to fill?

Lead Rescue reads which property they asked about. Put the streets of the lets you most need to fill in the urgent words, and a request for one of them texts the agent on duty the name, the number and the property.
  3. 03

    Left waiting

If nobody has contacted them after an hour, they are texted the link to the viewings calendar, and the office gets one line to say so.

Setting it up

One template, 5 fields to fill in.

All of this is one template, Lead Rescue, set up for the business with its own words and keys, on a form started from the Property viewing request template. For a business like this, the urgent words might be:

Mill Lane, Station Road

and the booking link would be the viewings calendar. Add the client’s Twilio and Resend keys, and the checklist is done.

  • Business name. How the texts and emails sign off.
  • Owner’s mobile. Rung for emergencies. Add a second number after a comma and the escalation goes there.
  • Owner’s email. Gets one line for every lead the workflow rescues.
  • Urgent words. Comma-separated. A lead that mentions any of them is treated as an emergency.
  • Booking or quote link. Sent to a lead nobody has contacted after an hour.
Every step of Lead Rescue

Beyond the first reply

The rest of the business, in the same workspace.
