Templates

Start every new client from work you have already done.

Start from 17 packs, 105 playbooks and 921 starters, or turn your own workflows into templates. Each installs into a client switched off, with a list of what it still needs.

Improve a template once and roll the new version out to the clients you pick, with their own edits kept.

Packs

Hand over a whole engagement in one install.

A pack is the workflows and forms a kind of client always gets. Install it into a client you have or a new one, fill in its fields once, and all of it goes in or none of it does.

Forms travel as their shape, with the previous client’s name and every answer taken out, so nothing of one client reaches the next.

Setup

Nothing runs until you have checked it.

Everything lands unpublished and switched off, with a checklist of what is left: which form starts each workflow, which keys it needs, and any field left blank.

Add a key and every waiting workflow that needs it picks it up. When the list is empty, publish and switch it on.

Client fields

Ask once for the few things that differ.

A business name, the owner’s mobile, the words that mean urgent. Each field has a label, a line of help and a format, and appears in the workflow as a placeholder such as {{ template.business_name }}.

Keys are never fields. A step that needs Twilio or Resend names the kind of key, and each client supplies their own.

Rollout

Improve it once, and every client can have it.

Save a new version and see which clients are behind. Roll out to the ones you pick, and anything you changed on one client’s copy is carried forward.

A client whose workflow you reshaped by hand is reported, not overwritten. A version that needs a key the client lacks waits as a draft, and the client keeps running what it had.

Lead Rescue

Answer every lead inside a minute, ring the owner for emergencies, and rescue anyone nobody has called back within the hour.

It reads the lead from the form’s answers: the name, the phone and email, and the request from the first other answer.

Questions about templates and packs

Will installing a pack touch my client’s live accounts?

No. A pack installs no integration and holds no key: it says which accounts the client supplies. Every workflow it installs lands unpublished and switched off, and nothing calls an outside service until you switch it on.

Can I install the same pack into a client twice?

No. A second install into the same client is refused, and so is a newer version of the pack into a client that has an older one. Each template inside still rolls forward from its own page.

Can I share a pack with another operator?

No. Packs are private to the operator who made them.

Have the templates been run for real?

Most library entries have not yet run against the live apps they use, so run each once with a real record before you switch it on. Each template’s page says how far it was checked.
