CRM
A CRM that keeps itself up to date as the workflows run.
A form submission makes or matches a person, and every text, email and change a workflow makes about them goes on their timeline. Nobody types it in.
Each client has its own book of people, companies and deals, and you get one more for your own prospects.

Table
Find anyone, and edit right in the table.
Filter with nested conditions, sort on several columns, group by a choice or a stage, save the view, and edit any cell. Move, select, edit and open from the keyboard.

Pipeline
Deals on a board, and a won deal becomes a new client.
Drag a card to move a deal, and see each stage’s count and value. Win a deal in your own book and it can become a client workspace that starts with the deal’s person and company.

History
See any record as it stood on a past date.
Pick a moment and see a record, or the whole table, as it was then, with what has changed since. Every entry and every changed field says what caused it: a person, a form, an import, a merge or a workflow step.
Share that view by its link when a client asks what happened.

Your own objects
Shape it to how each client’s business works.
Add objects such as jobs, properties or policies, with text, number, currency, date, choice, status, rating, checkbox, web address, email, phone, teammate and formula fields.

Duplicates and search
Keep each person to one record, and find it in a keystroke.
Possible duplicates are found by email, phone or company name. A merge keeps both timelines and can be undone.
⌘K finds a record in any client’s book by name, email, part of a phone number or the text of a field.

Questions about the CRM
Can a record start a workflow?
Yes. A record being added, moving stage, changing a field or being won can start a workflow, and a workflow can update records, add notes and move stages. A chain of record changes stops after three workflows in a row.
Does my client see the CRM?
They see their leads in their portal. Those are these same person records, worded for the client, with your workflow and step names left out.
Can I bring contacts from HubSpot or Pipedrive?
Yes, in beta: up to 1,000 people come into the same mapping screen as a CSV. A CSV import takes up to 5,000 rows and shows a dry run first.
Can I get the data out?
Yes. Every record, timeline entry and link exports, and an export restores into an empty book.
Can it fill in fields for me?
AI fields suggest a value on your own key, for you to accept or reject. They are in beta.
