For your business
Your enquiries and bookings in one place, and the follow-ups sent for you.
For owners of a practice, a studio or a trade business. Your forms, inbox, CRM, booking, email and payments share one workspace, with the workflows between them already joined. Every enquiry becomes a record, and every step after it is written onto that record.

A week in a small practice

They pick Thursday at 10:00 on your booking page. A reminder goes the day before.
Tuesday, 14:20
A past client texts to move their session. The thread is in your inbox, with their record beside it.
Thursday, 13:00
Two hours after the session, a workflow asks for a review and adds a note to their record.
Friday, 07:00
Your monthly newsletter goes to the people who opted in on the form, and the article lands on your blog.
Saturday, 09:35
A course payment arrives on your own Stripe account, and the payer’s record shows it.
Your own workspace
One workspace, and it never counts as a client.
Every plan includes your own workspace with every module, and it shares the plan’s monthly runs.
If you later run automation for other businesses, each of them gets a workspace beside yours, set up the same way.

Starting
Start from a template written for your trade.
Playbooks are written for a trade, in that trade’s words: lead rescue for a salon, a booking brief for a coach, a review request after a job. Each installs switched off with a list of what it needs.

Common questions
Do I need clients to use it?
No. Your own workspace has every module, and its forms, workflows and records work the same with no client added.
What does Solo cover?
Solo is $20 a seat a month: your own workspace and 1 client a seat, 500 workflow runs and 250 form responses a month. Another seat adds the same again.
Do texts and emails cost extra?
Texts, emails and AI run on your own Twilio, email and AI accounts, so those providers bill you directly, at their own rates.
What does Beta mean?
Beta means the module is built and tested, and hasn’t yet run against the live service it depends on, such as Stripe or Twilio. The tag comes off once it has.
How do I start?
On a 14-day trial of Solo, no card.
