Forms
Forms in the client’s brand that start the follow-up the moment they arrive.
Build a form the way the respondent will read it, typing the questions in place. Every answer can start a workflow the moment it arrives, and a lead form adds the person to the client’s CRM.
Thrum opens soon. Sign up now and you’ll be among the first in.

On a phone
Made for a phone, one question at a time.
Ask one question per screen, with lettered choices and Enter to continue, or a page at a time with progress shown. Each field opens the right keyboard, and Continue stays above it.

Questions
Ratings, sliders and sums that work themselves out.
Stars, sliders that start unanswered, and calculations that add up a quote or a score as people answer. The server works a calculation out again when the form is sent, so the number stored is the right one.
Put headings, text, images, video and callouts between questions, and greet people by the name they gave a page earlier.

Logic
Send each person down the right path.
Show a page or a question only for certain answers, skip ahead, and end differently for different people, such as a polite “not a fit”. A flow map draws every page, rule and ending.
Publish stops you if a page can’t be reached, has no way to an ending, or a rule points at something deleted.

Design
The client’s colour and logo from the start, always readable.
A new form takes its client’s colour and logo. Whatever background you pick, borders and text are adjusted so they stay easy to read.
Full page, card or split, with a choice of palettes, fonts and corner styles.

Building
Start from what you have already written.
Paste a list of questions or upload a Word file, check the preview, and import it. Save a question or a whole page to a bank you can use in any client’s form.
Every published version is kept with who published it and what changed, and any one can come back as a draft. Fix with AI, which tidies pasted text before it is imported, is in beta and uses your own OpenAI key.

Draft, publish, share
Edit a live form without anyone seeing half a change.
Edits wait as a draft until you press Publish, and a version is kept each time a form with answers changes. A form can close on a date or after a set number of responses.
Share a link, or copy one snippet to put the form inline, behind a button or as a whole page on the client’s site.

Finishing later
Keep the people who stop halfway.
Answers save as people go. Anyone can get a link to finish on another device within 30 days, check everything on a review page before sending, and get one reminder if they stop.
You see who didn’t finish and where they stopped, and on a lead form the client sees the ones who left a way to reach them, in their portal’s Leads. The emailed link and the reminder are in beta.

Performance
See where people stop, page by page and field by field.
Visits, starts, finishes and the page where people leave, by field, audience and version.

Answers and stats
Find out what the answers say, in plain words.
One filter bar works across responses, answers, stats and exports. Compare any question by another, and a Significant mark shows which differences are unlikely to be chance.
Stats gives each result a headline in plain words, a chart and the table. Regression, reliability and factor analysis come with Agency and Scale. AI summaries of the written answers, with themes and real quotes, are in beta, use your own OpenAI key and never send names, emails or phone numbers.

Reports and exports
Share the results, and keep surveys out of the leads.
Publish a report on the client’s portal, live or for a date range, open or behind a password. It never shows contact details or a single response, and groups smaller than five read “Fewer than 5”.
Export to CSV or Excel on every plan, and to SPSS, Stata or R on Agency and Scale. Turn off adding responses to leads for a survey, and its answers stay in Results instead of the CRM.

Spam
Bots wait for review instead of starting work.
Every public form carries a hidden trap field, a signed timing check and rate limits. A submission that looks like a bot is held with its reason and starts nothing. Release it and its workflows run exactly once.

Questions about forms
Where do the answers go?
Into the form’s results and, for a lead form, the client’s CRM, where each submission makes or matches a person. Surveys and feedback forms keep their answers out of the leads. Any workflow the form starts runs as soon as the answer arrives.
Can the form sit on my client’s website?
Yes. Share a link, or copy one snippet to put the form inline, behind a button or as a whole page on any site.
Do I have to start from a blank form?
No. There are 597 form templates across 21 trades, and the trade forms ask for the name, email, phone and what the person needs before anything else.
Can I watch submissions come in?
On Agency and Scale, live events list every view, page, error and submission as it happens.
Do I need an AI key?
Only for Fix with AI and answer summaries, which are in beta and run on your own OpenAI key. Everything else works without one.
What happens to a submission held as spam?
It waits in the Spam view with the reason it was held, and starts nothing. Release it and its workflows run exactly once.
