- Postmark: From
- For example Northside Plumbing <hello@northside.example>
- Who it goes to (Postmark)
- The address that gets it: yours, or the client’s team.
- monday.com: Board ID
- For example the number in the board’s URL
The accounts it needs
Each is the client’s own, stored encrypted and never copied between clients. Until one is added the client’s checklist shows it, and nothing runs.
In the client’s monday.com: avatar → Developers → My access tokens → Show → copy.
Postmark → the client’s server → API Tokens → copy the Server API token. The From address must be a confirmed sender signature or on a verified domain.
After you install it
It lands switched off. The client’s checklist holds exactly this:
- Connect the client’s monday.com, for “An item is added to a board”
- Connect the client’s Postmark, for “Send an email”
- Fill in monday.com: Board ID (For example the number in the board’s URL)
- Fill in Postmark: From (For example Northside Plumbing <hello@northside.example>)
- Fill in Who it goes to (Postmark) (The address that gets it: yours, or the client’s team)
