Create a deal in Pipedrive when a subscriber’s details change in Mailchimp
When a subscriber’s details change in Mailchimp, create a deal in Pipedrive.
Start the 14-day trial, then find it under Templates → Library. It installs into the client you choose, switched off, with its checklist.
Every step, in order
When it happens in the first app, the step runs in the second, with the client’s own account.
- A subscriber’s details change
- A member of an audience changed (their details, tags, or unsubscribed), checked every 15 minutes.
- Create a deal
- A deal, linked to a person, in the stage you choose: the lead is in the pipeline.
- Starts whenA subscriber’s details change
- App stepCreate a deal
What each client fills in
- Mailchimp: Audience ID
- Audience → Settings → Audience name and defaults: the Audience ID.
The accounts it needs
Each is the client’s own, stored encrypted and never copied between clients. Until one is added the client’s checklist shows it, and nothing runs.
After you install it
It lands switched off. The client’s checklist holds exactly this:
- Connect the client’s Mailchimp, for “A subscriber’s details change”
- Connect the client’s Pipedrive, for “Create a deal”
- Fill in Mailchimp: Audience ID (Audience → Settings → Audience name and defaults: the Audience ID)
