UsesBeta

Every step, in order

When it happens in the first app, the step runs in the second, with the client’s own account.

A form is submitted
Someone sends one of the client’s forms.
Update a contact
Change properties of one contact, found by its id or its email. Properties left out keep their value; a contact that does not exist fails the step.

What each client fills in

Nothing to fill in. You pick the form that starts it and connect its accounts.

The accounts it needs

Each is the client’s own, stored encrypted and never copied between clients. Until one is added the client’s checklist shows it, and nothing runs.

  • In the client’s HubSpot: Settings → Integrations → Private Apps (Legacy apps) → Create → scopes crm.objects.contacts.write, and for the triggers crm.objects.contacts.read, crm.objects.deals.read and tickets → copy the access token. A private app needs no HubSpot review.

After you install it

It lands switched off. The client’s checklist holds exactly this:

  1. Pick the client’s form that starts it
  2. Connect the client’s HubSpot, for “Update a contact”

Thrum is cooking.

Get early access and you’ll be among the first in. Early members get a launch perk.
