Every step, in order

- A message to the bot, within seconds. A bot sends its messages to one place: one workflow per bot, and no other tool may use the same bot’s updates. In a group, the bot sees only commands, replies and mentions unless privacy mode is off (BotFather).

What each client fills in
- monday.com: Board ID

The accounts it needs
Each is the client’s own, stored encrypted and never copied between clients. Until one is added the client’s checklist shows it, and nothing runs.
In Telegram, message @BotFather → /newbot → copy the token. Add the bot to the client’s group, or have the client message it once.
In the client’s monday.com: avatar → Developers → My access tokens → Show → copy.
After you install it
It lands switched off. The client’s checklist holds exactly this:
- Connect the client’s Telegram, for “A message is sent to the bot”
- Connect the client’s monday.com, for “Create an item”
- Fill in monday.com: Board ID (For example the number in the board’s URL)
