Create a task in Asana when a deal is won in Pipedrive
When a deal is won in Pipedrive, create a task in Asana.
Start the 14-day trial, then find it under Templates → Library. It installs into the client you choose, switched off, with its checklist.
Every step, in order
When it happens in the first app, the step runs in the second, with the client’s own account.
- A deal is won
- A deal is marked won, within seconds.
- Create a task
- A task in a project.
- Starts whenA deal is won
- App stepNamed after the deal
What each client fills in
- Asana: Project ID
- For example the number in the project’s URL
The accounts it needs
Each is the client’s own, stored encrypted and never copied between clients. Until one is added the client’s checklist shows it, and nothing runs.
After you install it
It lands switched off. The client’s checklist holds exactly this:
- Connect the client’s Pipedrive, for “A deal is won”
- Connect the client’s Asana, for “Create a task”
- Fill in Asana: Project ID (For example the number in the project’s URL)
