What each client fills in
- Telegram: Chat ID
- For example -1001234567890 or @channel
- Pipedrive: Stage ID
- In Pipedrive, open the pipeline’s settings: the number at the end of the stage’s link.
The accounts it needs
Each is the client’s own, stored encrypted and never copied between clients. Until one is added the client’s checklist shows it, and nothing runs.
In the client’s Pipedrive: your avatar → Personal preferences → API → copy the token.
In Telegram, message @BotFather → /newbot → copy the token. Add the bot to the client’s group, or have the client message it once.
After you install it
It lands switched off. The client’s checklist holds exactly this:
- Connect the client’s Pipedrive, for “A deal moves to a stage”
- Connect the client’s Telegram, for “Send a message”
- Fill in Pipedrive: Stage ID (In Pipedrive, open the pipeline’s settings: the number at the end of the stage’s link)
- Fill in Telegram: Chat ID (For example -1001234567890 or @channel)
