Create a task in ClickUp when an activity is scheduled in Pipedrive
When an activity is scheduled in Pipedrive, create a task in ClickUp.
Start the 14-day trial, then find it under Templates → Library. It installs into the client you choose, switched off, with its checklist.
Every step, in order
When it happens in the first app, the step runs in the second, with the client’s own account.
- An activity is scheduled
- A call, meeting or task added in Pipedrive, within seconds.
- Create a task
- A task in a list.
- Starts whenAn activity is scheduled
- App stepNamed after the activity’s subject
What each client fills in
- ClickUp: List ID
- For example from the list’s URL
The accounts it needs
Each is the client’s own, stored encrypted and never copied between clients. Until one is added the client’s checklist shows it, and nothing runs.
After you install it
It lands switched off. The client’s checklist holds exactly this:
- Connect the client’s Pipedrive, for “An activity is scheduled”
- Connect the client’s ClickUp, for “Create a task”
- Fill in ClickUp: List ID (For example from the list’s URL)
