A form
Post a message in Slack when a form is submitted
When a form is submitted, post a message in Slack.
Start the 14-day trial, then find it under Templates → Library. It installs into the client you choose, switched off, with its checklist.
Every step, in order
When it happens in the first app, the step runs in the second, with the client’s own account.
- A form is submitted
- Someone sends one of the client’s forms.
- Post a message
- Post to a channel the app has been invited to.
- Starts whenA form is sent
- App stepPost a message
What each client fills in
- Slack: Channel
- For example #leads or C0123456789
The accounts it needs
Each is the client’s own, stored encrypted and never copied between clients. Until one is added the client’s checklist shows it, and nothing runs.
After you install it
It lands switched off. The client’s checklist holds exactly this:
- Pick the client’s form that starts it
- Connect the client’s Slack, for “Post a message”
- Fill in Slack: Channel (For example #leads or C0123456789)
