Weekly enquiry numbers for marketing agencies
Every Monday morning, send the owner how many enquiries came in through the client’s forms last week, and how many nobody has reached yet.
Start the 14-day trial, then find it under Templates → Library. It installs into the client you choose, switched off, with its checklist.
Every step, in order
Branches show each arm; a step indented under one runs only on that arm. The words are the template’s own, and the client’s fields fill them in.
Why this workflow
Numbers that have to be looked up are not looked at. A short report that arrives on its own, the same day each week, makes the trend visible and puts the uncalled leads in front of the owner while they can still be called.
- Starts whenOn a schedule
- Find leadsEnquiries this week
- Find leadsNot reached yet
- NotifyTell the owner
After you install it
It lands switched off. The client’s checklist holds exactly this:
- Connect the client’s Resend (email), for “Tell the owner”
- Fill in Owner’s email (Gets the summaries and the cases a person must handle)
- Fill in Business name (How messages sign off)
What it does not do
- It counts only enquiries that came in through this platform’s forms. It does not read website analytics, ads, calls, bookings or sales.
