Meeting follow-up for marketing agencies
Turn the notes from a client meeting, pasted into a form, into a recap the client receives and the actions as a task.
Start the 14-day trial, then find it under Templates → Library. It installs into the client you choose, switched off, with its checklist.
Every step, in order
Branches show each arm; a step indented under one runs only on that arm. The words are the template’s own, and the client’s fields fill them in.
Why this workflow
What was agreed in a meeting exists only in memory and scribbles until someone writes it up, which is the job most often skipped. A recap sent the same day fixes the agreement in writing, and the actions in the task list give each one an owner.

What each client fills in
- AI model
- The model the client’s key can use.
- Business name
- How messages sign off.
- Task list ID
- The ClickUp list the actions go into.
The accounts it needs
Each is the client’s own, stored encrypted and never copied between clients. Until one is added the client’s checklist shows it, and nothing runs.
After you install it
It lands switched off. The client’s checklist holds exactly this:
- Pick the client’s form that starts it
- Connect the client’s Anthropic, for “Write the recap”
- Connect the client’s Resend (email), for “Send the recap”
- Connect the client’s ClickUp, for “Actions from the meeting with the lead”
- Fill in AI model (The model the client’s key can use)
- Fill in Business name (How messages sign off)
- Fill in Task list ID (The ClickUp list the actions go into)
What it does not do
- It starts from notes someone pastes into a form after the meeting. It does not fetch a recording or a transcript: no meeting or transcription app is in the catalog.
