Approval chase for coaches
Send each request to the approver, go to the deputy if there is no answer in a day, and tell the requester the outcome.

Uses
Every step, in order
Branches show each arm; a step indented under one runs only on that arm. The words are the template’s own, and the client’s fields fill them in.
Why this workflow
An approval by email or chat has no deadline and no record: the approver is away, the requester does not like to chase, and the work waits. A request with a one-day window, a named deputy and an answer back to the requester keeps things moving and leaves a trail.

What each client fills in
- Approver
- Who is asked first.
- Deputy
- Who is asked when the approver has not answered in a day.
- Owner’s email
- Gets the summaries and the cases a person must handle.
The accounts it needs
Each is the client’s own, stored encrypted and never copied between clients. Until one is added the client’s checklist shows it, and nothing runs.
After you install it
It lands switched off. The client’s checklist holds exactly this:
- Pick the client’s form that starts it
- Connect the client’s Resend (email), for “Tell the requester” and “Tell the owner”
- Fill in Approver (Who is asked first)
- Fill in Deputy (Who is asked when the approver has not answered in a day)
- Fill in Owner’s email (Gets the summaries and the cases a person must handle)
